For the past 16 years, we have successfully executed a wide variety of major civil projects, including factory buildings, residential bungalows, flats, and commercial complexes. Since beginning our own flat promotion division in 2007, we have completed over 20 successful projects in Chennai.

Concept Homes is a partnership firm led by two experienced professionals:

• Mr. Saravanan, with over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry. He has worked his way up from site engineer to project leader and has executed numerous landmark projects across Tamil Nadu, including factory buildings, residential apartments, and individual bungalows for leading clients such as Ashok Leyland, SPIC, and Sun TV Group.
• Mr. Thirumalai, who brings extensive experience in metal fabrication, interiors and exteriors, aesthetics, and financial management. He has handled multiple industrial and residential projects across India.
